Our one concern was the weather but we were so lucky – we had snow the first 3 days out there and blue bird the whole week. A couple of the guys left the tail end of their Morzine season to come join us and show off their panda tans. After 5 months of not having a bath – we dont know whether we wanted to let them in the hot tub…. It was an amazing week thanks to all those that made it possible; Tom and Didi for driving, Mikey for filming, Jay for taking photos, Bo for your crazy ass riding, Nikita for not calling the police when we ransacked their shop, Westbeach, Bonfire, Capita, Salomon, Rome, Protest, Red Bull, Rude Chalets, Volcom & of course Chamonix!!! All we need to decide is where to hit next year…

So….Hurley dropped yesterday into four27. The web geeks have been telling us Hurley is the summer brand to watch this year and that is exactly what we did – watch them unload all the boxes, try everything on and then photograph it all…..

Soph just got back from Holland this morning from being with the Protest crew, she said they went to a pub to watch one of the Deutch riders compete in the Half Pipe last night (which might explain why she looks like S***)…..big up Dolf and his bright orange snowsuit last night! She says Protest AW10 is looking really strong so watch that space! Whight is looking like he’s just going to walk away with it….god bless Red Bull Project X!

Ive just got back from Morzine…im pretty lucky to get back since airports in Europe seem to be shutting left right and centre!
For the past 10 days we have been shreddin it up with some friends in Morzine! The first night was New Years day and after a long day of travelling, driving and eating amazing pizza from “the lodge” we stayed with some friends at the Nant. chalet. Those bugg*** have a sick little park in their back garden with a couple box’s,rails and mini half pipe…sweet!

The first couple days we just got our bearings on the mountain – the guys said the plalce was pretty green before we showed up…yep pretty much started snowing when we landed : )

Morzine is a lot of fun, the riding, the cliff drops, the parks and ofcourse….the nightlife! A friend of ours works in Rhodos so we headed there most nights for apres. But the main attraction was MAMA’s…..the fish and chips was insane!! A couple of the days were blue bird, a couple days were pretty bad visability…to the point where i couldnt see my hand! The parks were semi-built but Les Gets park was pretty up and running with a coupld rails to hit.

We had a lot of fun, 10 days went far too quick. My Nitro Fate is now destroyed from on-road riding back down from Les Gets Park & one of our boys broke his collar bone hitting the stash tree jump…sorry Ian!

In the end we had to leave..however Will booked our transfers too late and we arrived at Geneva 15 mninutes before take off…by this point we knew we had missed it. However we got greeted by a RED departure board. Turns out Geneva was shut for the morning…we hadnt missed our flight and we were able to grab some food and enjoy the delay in the knowledge we should be paying for another flight….

Thanks to the Nant crew, Mama’s, the lodge, our chalet of Fox’s and Will’s family for hectic snow lifts around Gatwick.

As the snow is falling in the alpes more and more people are coming to the workshop! David’s been a busy boi on that grinder! Our girl Soph is off to the mountains with her boyfriend, our favourtie Urbansnow couple. Anyway the lucky girl is off to Morzine to shred it out with some of her old friends who are seasoning it out there (none of which are working out there though…lazy rich ba******)

The weather is looking rainy down below but bluebird up at Avoriaz so fingers crossed.

Our friends at Red Bull rang us last week to see if we wanted to get involved. 6 tonnes of snow in the middle of a street in Bristol….fistfull of dollar comp. and 20 riders hurling themselves off a 2M high kicker….we couldn’t really say no…in fact we ran around like little girls in delight. Sophie nearly cried…

So we are heading down Thursday to have some fun. Come watch the action and party with us and the Red Bull lot – it will be a blast!
